EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds; however, customers may receive store credit for future use.

You can exchange your purchase within 7 days when accompanied by the original sales receipt and original Rabeel packaging.

Merchandise can only be exchanged if it is not used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original tags.

Your exchange can be coordinated via email at houseofrabeel@gmail.com or by calling 03004443331 between 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Used or misused items will not be eligible for exchange.

Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Claims and exchanges may take up to 1 week to be processed.

Products sold under any promotion are not eligible for exchange.
