SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • All orders processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays processed on the next business day
  • Confirmation notification sent once order is dispatched
  • All orders may take up to 4–7 business days to deliver once dispatched

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders may take up to two weeks (4–14 days) to be processed and dispatched
  • You will be notified once your pre-order has been confirmed and shipped

Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across Pakistan as well as internationally to select countries worldwide
  • Shipping to certain remote areas may be limited and subject to courier reach
  • For international shipping inquiries, contact us directly to confirm delivery to your country

Delivery Timeframes

  • Pakistan: 4–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and courier
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, customs, or weather

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees
  • House of Rabeel is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance
  • COD is not available for international orders — full payment required at checkout

Payment Method

  • Domestic orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) available across Pakistan
  • International orders: Full payment required at checkout via bank transfer
  • COD orders refused or unpaid upon delivery will be flagged and may affect future orders

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic charges calculated at checkout based on location and order size
  • International charges vary by destination and calculated at checkout
  • House of Rabeel is not responsible for additional charges imposed by couriers or customs

Courier Services & Delays

  • We rely on third-party courier services for all deliveries
  • Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control and not our responsibility
  • We appreciate your patience in such situations

Order Tracking

  • Tracking number shared via email or WhatsApp once order is dispatched
  • Use tracking number to monitor delivery on the courier's website

Failed & Returned Deliveries

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability may be redelivered or returned
  • Re-shipping charges due to customer error will be borne by the customer
  • Ensure shipping address and contact details are accurate at time of order

Damaged in Transit

  • Report damaged orders within 3 days of delivery
  • Claims submitted after 3 days will not be eligible for review

Loss or Theft

  • House of Rabeel is not liable for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation
  • If tracking shows delivered but package not received, contact the courier directly
