RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. As an alternative, customers may be offered store credit to use toward a future purchase at House of Rabeel.
Return & Exchange Policy — 7-Day Window Purchases may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below. Returns and exchanges can be coordinated via the contact details at the bottom of this policy.
Requirements for return or exchange:
- Original sales receipt must be presented at the time of return or exchange
- Original Rabeel packaging must be included
- All original tags must remain attached and intact
- Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged
- Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged Merchandise Claims If you receive a damaged item, please act promptly. Claims submitted after the deadline below will not be eligible for review.
- Report within 3 days of delivery date
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange The following items are strictly excluded from our return and exchange program, regardless of condition or time elapsed:
- Used or misused items — any item that has been worn, used, or subjected to misuse will not be accepted
- Promotional purchases — products sold under any sale, discount, or promotional offer are final sale
Processing Time Once a return, claim, or exchange request is submitted and verified, please allow up to 1 week for processing. You will be contacted once your request has been reviewed.
